At Rug Aus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your rug, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns process.
Our Return Policy:
- 30-Day Return Window
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us
Email us at info.rugaus@gmail.com to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Pack Your Rug
Repackage the rug in its original packaging or similar protective material to ensure it arrives safely.
3. Send It Back
Once your return is approved, you'll need to ship the rug back to us using a carrier of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Be sure to pack the rug securely and retain proof of postage for tracking purposes.
4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Rugs that have been used or damaged
- Custom or made-to-order rugs
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs. Make sure to report any damage within 7 days of receiving the product.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your rug for a different size, color, or style, just follow the same process for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the new one.
